The Bishop Brady Boys Basketball program competes in the highly competitive NHIAA Division II, where every game demands focus, toughness, and a commitment to excellence. Our team embraces the challenge of this level, using it as motivation to push harder, play smarter, and elevate every aspect of our game.

In our program, players develop not only their skills but also their resilience, leadership, and team-first mindset. Through intense practices, meaningful mentorship, and high-level competition, our athletes grow into confident competitors—ready to rise to the moment on and off the court.

Bill Duffy
Head Coach
Varsity Boys Basketball
Coach Bill Duffy brings more than 15 years of high school basketball coaching experience to Bishop Brady, along with a decade of coaching AAU teams from middle school through high school. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and maintains a USA Basketball Gold Coaching License, reflecting his commitment to professional development and coaching excellence. Known for his steady leadership and player-centered approach, Coach Duffy is dedicated to developing athletes both on the court and in life. His philosophy emphasizes discipline, self-respect, respect for others, hard work, and teamwork—core values he believes prepare student-athletes for success long after their playing days. Throughout his coaching career, Coach Duffy has helped numerous student-athletes reach their goal of competing at the collegiate level, guiding them through both basketball development and the character-building experiences that define high school athletics.

Josh LeClaire
Head Coach
JV Boys Basketball
Josh LeClaire enters his first season on the Bishop Brady coaching staff as the Head JV Coach and Varsity Assistant for the boys basketball program. A proud Bishop Brady graduate from the Class of 2017, Josh brings a deep connection to the program he once competed for. As a three-year varsity player under Coach Cole Etten, he contributed to the team’s 2015 State Championship run and experienced firsthand the winning culture he now works to uphold. Josh graduated from NHTI in 2019 with an Associate’s Degree and possesses strong familiarity with Division II basketball in New Hampshire. With a coaching foundation built on leadership, player development, and positive mentorship, he strives to be a role model who fosters a supportive, competitive, and growth-oriented team environment. His passion, dedication, and energy serve as the backbone of his coaching philosophy. Bringing one year of coaching experience and a strong understanding of the Bishop Brady program, Josh is committed to helping athletes reach their full potential. He is also an active member of the New Hampshire Basketball Coaches Organization (NHBCO).
