The Bishop Brady Girls Ice Hockey team competes in NHIAA Division I as part of a cooperative program with Trinity High School and Bow High School. This partnership brings together athletes from three communities who share a passion for the game and a commitment to team success.

Coach Aaron House leads the Bishop Brady girls ice hockey program with a strong background in athletic leadership, player development, and a deep commitment to the student athlete experience. Coach House holds a Masters of Arts in Teaching, a BS in Sports Management, is a Certified Master Athletic Administrator and a USA Hockey Level 5 Coach. A seasoned athletic director with over 20 years of coaching expertise, he brings a broad understanding of team culture and program management to the rink, ensuring his athletes receive a competitive, supportive, and growth-centered environment. Coach House focuses on teaching the game the right way: with structure, communication, discipline, and enthusiasm. His approach emphasizes hockey IQ, strong defensive habits, speed, and teamwork, all while helping players build confidence and a deeper understanding of the sport. Coach House’s philosophy centers on developing resilient, team first athletes who compete with purpose and pride. He believes that the lessons learned in hockey such as accountability, effort, communication, and character extend far beyond the ice. Under his leadership, the program will prioritize hard work, steady improvement, and a culture where every player feels valued and supported in reaching their potential.

Coach Erin Bahan brings more than two decades of playing experience and a strong commitment to player development to the Bishop Brady girls ice hockey program. Having played four years at Castleton University, Coach Bahan pairs her competitive background with a deep understanding of team culture and athlete support. She holds a Master of Healthcare Administration, a field that strengthens her leadership perspective and her ability to connect with student athletes both on and off the ice. Coach Bahan’s philosophy is centered on helping players reach their fullest potential developing their skills, confidence, and teamwork while never losing sight of the joy of the game. She believes that when athletes feel supported, challenged, and encouraged to have fun, they grow not only as hockey players but as individuals.
