Coach Dave Constant brings nearly two decades of coaching, player development, and program leadership to Bishop Brady High School. Recognized throughout New Hampshire and the New England basketball community, Coach Constant has earned a reputation for building successful programs, developing student-athletes, and fostering a culture centered on accountability, teamwork, and excellence. Since 2009, Coach Constant has served as President and Head Coach of the Southern New Hampshire Saints AAU Basketball Program. What began as a four-player team has grown into one of the region's premier AAU organizations, now serving more than 170 student-athletes annually across 17 travel teams. Under his leadership, the Saints have captured numerous state, regional, and national championships while becoming the first Adidas Girls Gauntlet-sponsored program in New Hampshire history. His teams have reached multiple national Final Fours, earned championships at prestigious tournaments throughout the country, and helped more than 95 student-athletes continue their basketball careers at the collegiate level. In addition to his AAU success, Coach Constant previously served on the coaching staff at Pembroke Academy, where he was the Head Junior Varsity Coach and Assistant Varsity Coach. During his tenure, he helped develop one of New Hampshire's premier Division II programs, contributing to back-to-back NHIAA Division II State Championships while transforming the junior varsity program from a two-win season into an 11-win campaign. His responsibilities included player development, game strategy, opponent scouting, film analysis, and offseason strength and conditioning. A former standout player himself, Coach Constant was a varsity letterwinner at Trinity High School, where he competed on one of the state's nationally ranked basketball teams before continuing his playing career at New Hampshire Technical Institute (NHTI). He has twice been recognized as the Zero Gravity Coach of the Year and continues to be respected throughout the basketball community for his commitment to developing young athletes both on and off the court. At Bishop Brady, Coach Constant is committed to building a championship-caliber program rooted in faith, discipline, hard work, and character. His vision extends beyond wins and losses by creating an environment where student-athletes are challenged to grow as competitors, teammates, leaders, and young women prepared for success in life. Through meaningful relationships with players, families, and the broader basketball community, Coach Constant is dedicated to establishing a program that reflects the pride and tradition of Bishop Brady Athletics.
