Doug Ierardi
Head Coach
Varsity Football
Coach Doug Ierardi brings a deep passion for education and athletics to the Bishop Brady football program. A proud alumnus of St. Anselm College with a Bachelor of Arts in History, Coach Ierardi began his teaching career at Bishop Brady in the 1990s. He then spent over two decades in Oregon, where he taught history and theology and served in multiple leadership roles including Department Chair, Dean of Students, Dean of Academics, Vice Principal, and Principal. Throughout his career, Coach Ierardi has been a committed multi-sport coach, leading teams in football, track, cross country, and softball. Originally set to join the Giants as an assistant coach, he embraced the opportunity to take on the head coaching role ahead of the 2025 season and is excited to lead the program with energy, structure, and high expectations. Now back in New Hampshire, Coach Ierardi also teaches theology and oversees Bishop Brady’s School Service Program. He’s thrilled to be back on campus and back on the field, helping student-athletes grow in character and competition.

Coach House joins the Brady Football program as an Assistant Coach, bringing more than two decades of coaching experience and a deep commitment to team culture, discipline, and athlete development. His background spans head coaching and athletic leadership roles, making him well-suited to guide the program through a season of growth and focus. Coach House combines his academic background, practical leadership, and sports industry experience to effectively guide today’s student-athletes both on and off the field. House is also a Certified Master Athletic Administrator (CMAA), a distinction that reflects his dedication to excellence in student-athlete programming and organizational leadership. Coach House’s philosophy emphasizes a team-first mindset, built on fundamentals, preparation, and accountability. He believes in leading with clarity and consistency, while using strength and conditioning, character development, and game-day execution to help student-athletes grow into confident and capable young adults.

Memorial Field
Bishop Brady Football plays its home football games at Memorial Field, a 36-acre public park established in 1926. This historic venue, located just minutes from campus, provides a stadium atmosphere with a natural grass playing surface.
