Coach Evan Jacobsen leads the Brady-Hopkinton varsity football program with a strong background in football development, athletic leadership, and a commitment to the student-athlete experience. A New Hampshire native, Coach Jacobsen played collegiate football at Norwich University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Homeland Security from the University of New Hampshire. He is also an Army veteran with experience coaching football at both the NCAA Division III and varsity high school levels. Coach Jacobsen believes successful programs are built through strong relationships, clear communication, discipline, accountability, and a shared commitment to improvement. His approach emphasizes creating an environment where players are challenged, supported, and held to a high standard while developing both on and off the field. Coach Jacobsen’s philosophy is centered around three pillars: being Prepared, Dependable, and Relentless in everything we do. Through this approach, he emphasizes the development of tough, accountable, team-first athletes who compete with pride and purpose. Through football, he strives to help student-athletes grow as players, teammates, students, and most importantly, people, while representing Bishop Brady and Hopkinton with pride.
